Mainly along the coast and near water: Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Inner Sydney, Northern Beaches and Cronulla, and beyond Sydney on the Central Coast, in the Southern Highlands and around South Coast lakes such as Conjola. Yes. Site intelligence is often the most valuable first step. It covers planning controls, likely yield, orientation and constraints before you commit.
How do you keep design and budget aligned?
Cost, structure and buildability are tested while the design is still developing, not after the drawings are finished.
