Privacy
How Arkhaus collects, uses and protects personal information. Review with your adviser before publishing.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number and email address, your question, and the answers you chose on this website (a style you describe in your own words is kept as your words). With the enquiry we also record how you found the site (for example a search, a link or an advertisement), the pages you looked at on that visit, how many times you have visited, the kind of device you used, and your approximate location (city or suburb, estimated from your internet connection). We check that phone numbers and email addresses are in a valid form so that we can reply. Nothing is sent about visitors who do not send an enquiry, and if your browser asks not to be tracked (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) we do not record your visit or location at all.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your project. How you found us tells us which channels help people find Arkhaus. If you arrived through a Google advertisement, we may tell Google Ads that the click led to an enquiry; this uses the advertisement's own click reference only, never your name, phone number or email. We do not sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Analytics and advertising
If enabled, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how the website is used. These services set cookies and process data under Google's privacy terms.
Storage and retention
Enquiries, including the visit details above, are stored securely, seen only by Arkhaus staff with access to enquiries, and deleted after 24 months unless you become a client. The copy held by the website is deleted as soon as it reaches our system.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including the visit details recorded with your enquiry. Contact hello@arkhaus.com.au.
