Places we work
Arkhaus works mainly along the coast and near water: Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Inner Sydney, Northern Beaches and Cronulla, and beyond Sydney on the Central Coast, in the Southern Highlands and around South Coast lakes. We also take on selected projects in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Sydney: the coast and the inner city
Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Inner Sydney, Northern Beaches and Cronulla. Coastal sites often bring slope, weather exposure, tight access and close neighbours, so aspect, privacy and buildability are worked through while the design is still taking shape.
Beyond Sydney: Central Coast, Southern Highlands and South Coast
Coastal and lakeside places such as Conjola on the South Coast, the Central Coast and the Southern Highlands. Regional sites can mean fewer local trades and longer supply lines, so sourcing and construction method belong in the design conversation from the start.
